Phoenix Benefit Administrators, LLC offers high quality, technically competent and cost-effective administration of insured and self-funded Health and Welfare Plans.

We believe that to attain the highest level of functioning, effective communication is essential. Access to our staff is easily and reliably accomplished by telephone, postal mail, Internet or personal visit. We also communicate directly with professional advisors retained by our clients including legal counsel, consultants, actuaries, accountants, and banks.

Ultimately, the key to successful implementation is our ability to walk our clients through the entire benefit process step-by-step with a knowledge base that is both comprehensive and accurate.

The Eligibility process begins with Employer reporting and continues with accurate and up to date record keeping. PBA maintains effective communication with Employers to ensure that each Member’s needs are met. Employee, Retiree, and Dependent eligibility records are maintained in a secure database by PBA and timely transmitted to Insurer, PPO and/or HMO selected by the Member at open enrollment time. Direct communication with Employers resolves questions on employment status.
